Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can make your cancellation or change within 30 minutes after placing your order; just email us at support@milxdesigns.com. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, it may not always be possible to cancel or make changes to your order after 30 minutes of placing your order.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates are anywhere from $4.99 and up, depending on the number of products and weight of the products you want to buy. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $45.

Where do you ship from?

Our distribution centers are located in NC, and NY.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, but stay tuned as we are currently working on implementing international shipping options.

Can I expedite my shipping?            

We are unable to expedite orders at this time.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 days handling/ processing time. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
 
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your goods. Just email us at support@milxdesigns.com, and write “Refund” in the subject line, and we will give you a return address. 
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that products must be unused and in the original packaging.
 
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
 
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
